These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Thully Guests. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. They are intended to ensure clarity, fairness, and a comfortable experience for both the guest and the establishment.
Guests are advised to carefully review these policies before confirming their booking, as they contain important information about cancellations, check-in procedures, payments, and the protection of your data.
All reservations are considered provisional until a deposit or full payment has been received and acknowledged by Thully Guests. Payment details must be provided at the time of booking, and we reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment has not been received within the agreed timeframe.
Guests are encouraged to retain a copy of their booking confirmation and proof of payment for reference.
We understand that travel plans may change. However, due to the nature of our business, cancellations significantly impact our operations. For this reason, we apply the following cancellation fees:
Please note: Any transaction or card fees incurred will not be refunded. Guests are advised to consider travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Check-in: From 14:00 (2 PM)
Check-out: By 10:00 (10 AM)
Guests must present valid identification upon check-in. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged on request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
Failure to vacate the room by the agreed check-out time may result in additional charges equivalent to one night’s stay.
During their stay, guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and property. Specific guidelines include:
Thully Guests accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during a guest’s stay, except where such incidents arise directly from our proven negligence. Guests are encouraged to keep personal belongings secure and to utilize safes where provided.
Vehicles parked on the premises are done so at the guest’s own risk.
Thully Guests values your privacy. All bookings processed through our booking partner NightsBridge are conducted via a secure SSL-encrypted platform. Information such as names, contact details, and payment information are collected solely for booking purposes and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or to complete your reservation.

Thully Guests cannot be held liable for events outside of our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages (including load shedding), strikes, or health-related emergencies. In such cases, we will do our best to minimize disruption but cannot guarantee refunds.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
